What We Guarantee

 

At Roland C we provide the best in quality that will last forever.  Because our jewelry is custom to fit your style we want to make certain you receive the best care. Sadly, luxury jewelry is not resistant to normal everyday wear, activities or trauma. In the events your product needs professional help we provide free quality care on:

  • Maintenance & Repair

  • Cleaning & Polishing

  • Loss Stone Replacement

  • Resizing & Adjustments

 

We recommend any pieces that contain diamonds be inspected every 6 months or if it undergoes any ordeal that causes a stone to become loose. These inspections could help prevent the loss of a stone and keep your jewelry well maintained. Our services can be provided at the showroom or by shipping the product to us.

 

Visiting the Showroom
 

When visiting our showroom we will require you to bring a copy of your Lifetime Warranty, which can be accessed from either your Account or a printed copy of the warranty. Upon your request for the maintenance, a professional at Roland C will clean and inspect your custom piece in the same day. Please contact our customer service to set up an appointment to visit us.
 

Ship the item to us

 

If you are unable to visit the showroom, you can mail in your piece and we will provide free shipping. Please print & fill out the maintenance form from our website and send us a copy of your Lifetime Warranty with your item. If either form is missing we will require you to send us an email of the necessary forms in order to continue. Please contact us via phone or email before you wish to ship the item to us.

 

If we discover any problems that require immediate attention, we will contact you for authorization to complete the required maintenance. Because this may require extra time at our location, we will provide an updated timeline on when your jewelry will return.

 

Conditions and Exclusions

 

If an incident a stone is lost due to normal everyday wear & tear, we will replace the stone so long as your warranty has records of inspections and cleanings of your jewelry approximately within the last 6 months. We do not cover any center stones.

Any maintenance, repair, sizing or other service performed by a vendor other than Roland C will have their Lifetime Warranty voided.

We do not cover a jewelry piece that has been lost or given away by a third party member.

If your jewelry piece was stolen, we require you to send a copy of the detailed police report describing the item that was stolen. You will be able to purchase the replacement jewelry at a discount price depending on the item. Please be informed we do not desire profit from your loss.
