PRODUCT CARE

General Care of Your Purchase:
All Jewelry that is purchased contains the highest quality handled with proper care that will last over a lifetime. To make sure that the items are kept in good condition please make sure to remove the jewelry when performing any extracurricular activities such as lifting weights gardening, showering or swimming. Any time that you are using chemicals make sure that you take off the jewelry to reassure that the chemical will not harm the metal. One important thing to consider is to always store your jewelry in a safe and protective place. If you place the jewelry in a plastic bag it helps to avoid scratches and from tarnishing. If there is any repairs that are needed please contact our customer service.
General Facts about Gold:
It is a known fact that gold is a durable metal, but it can still be damaged and receives scratches from normal wear and tear. Chlorine on gold is extremely harmful so please make sure to take off the jewelry any time you will be near this chemical. Gold does not tarnish like silver. There is no special chemical cleaner that is needed .What is important to consider is that White Gold, although it is gold it does contain Rhodium that makes it appear shiny and white. Once the Rhodium wears off you will have a dull light yellow look. When that occurs we recommend you send your product to get refurbished.
Finishes:
There are different finishes we use in our product. A matte satin is a finish that after a while can become more polished. This satin finish can be restored by gently rubbing the piece on a green 3M pad. It is not recommend that you perform this. Just to make sure that your piece is taken care of correctly contact us to have the piece refurbished.

Refurbishment:
Please keep in mind that it is not recommended that you send out the piece too often for refurbishment. When an item is sent out for refurbishment the item is polished. Polishing takes out a thin layer or gold each time. All prongs and shanks should also be taken care of. When a prong is missing, bent or damaged it risks you loosing or cracking your diamond.
Diamonds:
Diamonds are one of the hardest substances on the earth, but if it is hit against something in the right angle it can crack the diamond. It is important to also remember that the diamonds set in gold have prongs that after time can get worn. When prongs are worn or missing it is more likely that a diamond can pop out. For this we recommend you taking care of your item and coming in to our showroom for a check up.
Gemstones:
Gemstones are much softer than Diamonds and are unable to withstand that much pressure. Some gemstones are not able to even withstand the ultrasonic or steam cleaner. To clean your product it is recommended to clean with a toothbrush.
Warranty:
All of our products come with a Lifetime Warranty. This warranty covers maintenance & repair, cleaning & polishing, lost stone replacement, and resizing & adjustments. Please make sure to contact us regarding your piece via email for a quote, and checking out our Lifetime Warranty Policy for more information.
