SHIPPING AND RETURNS

At Roland C we offer complimentary free shipping on all orders. Our online orders require the signature of an adult over the age of 18 upon delivery.

 

General Shipping
 

All orders are shipped within 14 days after the initial checkout. An email notification with the tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped. To check on your order, click on the tracking number displayed in the email or copy and paste the tracking number onto the UPS tracking.

  • We are not responsible for any stolen or lost product during the delivery process. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

  • We cannot intercept any package to alter the delivery.

  • We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. However, if the shipping address needs to be changed we can only alter the address before the order has been shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

 

Happiness with your purchase is our top priority. If for any reason you not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days after receiving your order,

we will gladly offer:

  • Free return shipping on all international orders.

  • An exchange in the form of credit past the initial return date.

  • A refund to the original credit used for payment for product(s) within the return timeline.

 

For the return request to be considered the product must be unworn and in the original packaging. If the product has been damaged in the process of receiving the item, you can make the request to return the product under the same conditions as a normal return. We offer a prepaid shipping label at no additional costs.
 If you purchased the additional Lifetime Warranty, terms & conditions may be subject to be different. See Lifetime Warranty Policy for further details.

 

 

Submitting a Return
 

To submit a return or exchange request, please contact our client service team at service@rolandc.com or call us at 1-212-286-2800.

Please provide your full name, email address, & order number, or if you have an Account please sign in and visit your Order History Section.
Please mail back the product(s) within 7 days after your request has been approved. The return package should include a copy of the packaging slip. Please be sure to include the pre-paid return shipping label outside of the box. We recommend packages be sent via FedEx, or UPS for easy convenience.

 

If product(s) are made to be ordered in the metal platinum, please note they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
